Return and Refund Policy

• Customized products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.

• Size-related issues are not eligible for return or exchange. Please check the size chart before ordering.

• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

• A 360° parcel opening video from the unopened package to the complete unboxing is mandatory. The video must clearly show any damage, defect, or incorrect item.

• The customer is responsible for shipping the approved return. Return shipping charges will be reimbursed by Snaztees after inspection and approval of the returned product.

• Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
